This has got to be one of the dumbest waste of time ideas ever. Every time one of BA’s videos pops up in my feed, the more I miss the original Bon Appetite. You’re 10x snobbier than the original, you don’t come up wit original ideas, so many of your projects are just trying to make something “better than the original”. Why don’t you try creating new recipes? Having original ideas? It says so much about current society: no originality, no true creativity.

Her donut's do not look good like a dunkin or krispy kreme, they look too thick not light and airy.
Just saw this. Loved it! If you want the glazed sheen like Crispy Creme then, take the hot donuts right out of the fryer, dip them in the glaze and set on a cooling rack until dry. The hot donut will "melt" and dry the glaze on the donut skin. It improves the adhesiveness and thins the glaze out just enough to form that shiny sheen.
